First draft and feedback

Today, I presented my first draft to the class to gain an opinion on my music video. Below is the video I showed them:

All seemed to enjoy my music video, and gain a good idea of narrative and representation from it. However, as it is with a first draft, there were some things that needed to be changed, as shown in the feedback sheets below:

From this advice, I will:
- Replace the street scenes altogether, perhaps with more field scenery and animation where possible
- OR green screen a street scene that looks more inviting than the ones I have
- Make the scenes look brighter through editing
- Re-film the running sequence, instead using a pan shot so the camera is stable
- Film missing segments of my music video
- Correct mismatched lip syncing

I hope to get this all done within the next week, so I can have some updated feedback and make some final final changes.

Teacher feedback 2

Here is some teacher feedback and my comments compiled into one audio file. Already, I am acting on the comments received from my teacher and am trying to improve my blog to the best of my ability. I enjoy making posts like this as they are more interesting, using the variation of a text-to-speech voice and my own.

Feedback

From my teacher's feedback, I will ensure all these blog posts are done, and improvements will be made to the problematic posts pointed out. I will also ensure that in my future blog posts, I keep up the variety of blog posts I have, as it is important to show consistency throughout.

Feedback Sheets

These are the feedback sheets given to me from other students and my teacher. I really appreciate the feedback, as now I am able to hone my overall idea before I produce anything. With this, I can now develop my idea further, adding more specific ideas to make my overall presentation better.

Teacher feedback

Whilst my blog has been accredited for being a good blog, I still know that there are changes I need to make. I have to add more variation to my posts in terms of format as my blog is extremely text-heavy at the moment. I also need to make my blog look visually interesting, i.e. adding a banner that relates to my music video and a background. I'll also be sure to go back and add comments, linking it back to what improvements I could make to my music video from this.
